Director Peter Jackson is filming all three movies, back-to-back, based on the three books of the trilogy.

Regina's Globe Theatre has been having a stellar season, and its latest attempt is no exception. Sponsored by the Saskatchewan Federation of Labour and ten unions and labour organizations, The Glace Bay Miners' Museum is a performance well worth seeing.
The play by Wendy Lill is an adaptation of a short story by Nova Scotia's Sheldon Currie, and is beautifully dramatized in this latest production.
