The Carillon will publish opinions, letters, stories, graphics, etc. and encourages readers to participate in the issues and ideas presented in these pages. The Carillon is published no less than eleven times each semester during the fall and winter semesters, and periodically during the summer, by the Carillon Newspaper Incorporated -- a non profit corporation. The Carillon is a wholly autonomous organization with no affiliation with the University of Regina Student's Union.
