Correspondence can be faxed, phoned, mailed, e-mailed, or dropped off in person. The Carillon will publish opinions, letters, stories, graphics, etc. and encourages readers to participate in the issues and ideas presented in these pages. The Carillon is published no less than eleven times each semester during the fall and winter semesters, and periodically during the summer, by the University of Regina Students' Union. Although the Students' Union acts as publishers, the Carillon is an editorially autonomous publication. Opinions expressed in the Carillon are not necessarily those of the staff, the Students' Union or the university administration.
