Betrayed???

The formation of the coalition government by the New Democratic Party and the Liberal Party has been heralded by many as a betrayal of voters' wishes. But who, exactly, can say what voters really wanted? The NDP, of course, will say that the voters wanted a stable government. The Saskatchewan Party will say that voters wanted them to be able to hold the NDP accountable.

A Cyclist's View of the Information Highway

Last week, while pedalling through the heart of Regina, I had an epiphany. Stopped at a red light, it dawned on me how dependant our society has become on technology. A man stood talking on his cell phone at the line up for the automated teller.
