Cheesies for hire

This week for Cheese2Please we bring you Club Fed, a movie that has star power galore.
Featured in the film are Sherman Hemsley, Paulie from Rocky, Lyle Alzado from the grave, and Queen Kong Bundy from Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling (GLOW).
Yes, you heard that right, Queen Kong Bundy from what was probably the best wrestiling league ever formed. We remember the first time that we saw GLOW. It was around 2:00am on a Saturday morning, we had a difficult choice to make: watch infomercials, bad seventies cop movies, women's wrestling, or the french channel for a quick glance of nudity due to their loose, liberal views. We chose GLOW that night and many nights following.
Anyhoo, the gist of the movie is as follows: The government has come up with a new type of prison to house non-dangerous, white collar criminals. In this jail the criminals are taught to
do business honestly, and they eventually go on to make money to pay for the jail, and to contibute to other charities.
The leader of the FBI does not like the new jail so he sets it up so that he has an ex-criminal, played by Paulie, running the instituion.
His plan is to set up someone and make it look like they were responsible for money going missing so that they would be sent back to a regular jail.
In the movie Sherman Hemsley plays a womanizing evangelist (we wonder what Wheezey thinks about that), in what is probably the signal flare for a career that is over.
Sure he did make some guest appearances on the Fresh Prince of Bel Air after this movie was made but that definitley is not the end to a stellar carrer. Maybe this role was inspired by his time spent on the ran-too-long sitcom Amen.
Basically with movies like this you have got to wonder why they are made. The producers did not spend all that much on sets; it looks like it was done at Cable Regina, and the prison in the movie was nothing more than a hotel. Maybe that was why it was in the cheap bin at Wally World.
Now it is time for what is known as The Questions: Will the FBI agent successfully close the prison? Will Wheezey get her conjugal visits?
Will Helmsley send a bunch of love letters out to single mothers, scam them for cash, and appear on Springer? Why is Monterey Jack so tough to find in Regina? Do you get stinky cheese from stinky cows?
This weeks contest: Tell us on what popular 80s television show Queen Kong Bundy made a guest appearance on. Send your answer to Cheese2please@hotmail.com, hint: she did some wrestling moves on Christine Sullivan.
