The University of Regina is asking the provincial government for a 400 per cent increase in funding for maintenance and repairs, but administrators won't hold their breaths for the full amount.

EDMONTON (CUP) -- Alberta's colleges and universities are set to receive more than $15-million in awards from the provincial government based on their "performance."
